Sometimes, impulse purchases work out very well. One evening I was walking along Prince Street in SoHo, on my way to meet up with my husband at McNally Jackson, and I passed a street vendor selling hand-crafted leather accessories. I tried on this “wrap bracelet,” a narrow leather band that closes with a stainless steel “horseshoe.” It fit perfectly, and I bought it on the spot. I’ve worn it nearly every day over the past two months. It’s a little bit rock-and-roll and a little bit equestrian-inspired, so it travels easily from the East Village to the Upper East Side, and the leather has softened so that it seems to have been made just for my wrist.

I love this bracelet! I’ve been looking for a black leather/silver bracelet that is a little edgy, but no spikes so this looks perfect!
I can’t wear anything spiked or studded to work, even though I’m in an academic/creative field, but this style is just right for me! It’s a nice balance.
It’s a very beautiful bracelet. Does it look as great in real life as it looks on the picture?
Yes, it does! There are some additional photos on their Etsy page, and you can also see some shots of various products on their Facebook page… https://www.facebook.com/Grey56Leather
It’s a simple-looking item, but the quality is excellent.
Looks great but alas, I can only enjoy it vicariously. I get a rash wearing leather watchbands :-( so I am likelyvto get the same reaction.
Oh, no. That sounds unpleasant. :(
