Garb: Little fur scarves. I know, I know, there are reasons not to wear fur. But these were gifts, and I do love them so much in the winter.

Reading: Just to relax, I’ve been re-reading Beauty, Robin McKinley’s retelling of Beauty and the Beast. I loved this book when I was 12 years old, and now I’m realizing how much it has influenced me.

Video: Tonight I’m going to watch Noah Baumbach’s Frances Ha on Netflix.

Art: Do you consider the department stores’ Christmas windows “art”? I do. Some of them, at least.

Music: Bing Crosby’s White Christmas and Frank Sinatra’s A Jolly Christmas from Frank Sinatra. There is no substitute.

Pleasure: The completion of the museum exhibition and catalogue that I’ve been assisting with for the past year-plus.
