I didn’t find Contact Me form, so I’ll post it here – delete after reading : -)
After you changed the blog’s theme you removed the Blog’s name (probably because you’re using the name embedded in the picture) – but because of that the notifications to e-mail are coming from WordPress, not from your blog. I’m not sure if it matters to you but I just wanted to let you know that from looking on the inbox list I couldn’t tell from whom it came.
Speaking of mail, unless you did it on purpose, you’re missing Subscribe by email widget.
